There are two houses on this unique property, but each unit is completely separate and self-contained. The other house on the property is called Cozy Home on a Quiet Street Minutes to DT Kingston. There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds, one full bathroom and a random toilet in the basement! (I have no idea why the toilet is there, but it works!) The laundry facilities are located in the basement of the home and the home is a wartime or earlier built home which means if you are taller than five feet, you will hit your head if you don't duck! The basement floor is uneven concrete, be cautious walking on it.
